SPRAY TAN FAQ'S

Spray Tan FAQs

Q: How long will my spray tan last?
A: With proper care, your tan will typically last 7–10 days. Following our prep and aftercare instructions helps extend the life of your glow.

Q: How should I prepare for my appointment?
A: Shower, exfoliate, and shave at least 24 hours before your tan. Avoid lotions, oils, deodorant, and makeup the day of your appointment, as they can block the solution.

Q: What should I wear to my appointment?
A: Dark, loose-fitting clothing is best. Tight clothes or bras can rub and cause uneven marks. Bring flip-flops or slip-on shoes if possible.

Q: Will I look orange?
A: Not at all! We use Norvell tanning solutions, which are known for producing natural, customizable color. We’ll match your desired level of glow to your skin tone.

Q: Can I get a spray tan for my wedding or a special event?
A: Yes! We recommend scheduling a trial tan at least 2–3 weeks before your event to find your perfect shade, then booking your final tan 1–3 days before the big day.

Q: Can I shower after my tan?
A: Wait at least 8 hours before showering (or follow your solution’s rapid rinse instructions if you choose that option). Use lukewarm water and avoid scrubbing. Pat dry with a towel instead of rubbing.

Q: How do I make my tan last longer?
A: Keep your skin moisturized with a gentle, oil-free lotion. Avoid hot tubs, long baths, and exfoliating products. Staying hydrated also helps maintain your glow.

Q: Is it safe?
A: Yes! Spray tanning is a safe, UV-free way to achieve a sun-kissed glow. Norvell solutions are formulated with skin-loving ingredients and free from harmful UV exposure.
