What is the booking process?

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! At Dream Esthetics, we understand the importance of achieving the perfect bridal look for your special day. Our streamlined bridal booking process ensures a stress-free experience, allowing you to focus on the excitement of your upcoming celebration. Here's a step-by-step guide to booking your bridal services with us:

  1. Initial Inquiry: Begin by reaching out to us through our website, phone, or in-person to express your interest in bridal services. Provide essential details such as your wedding date, venue, and an overview of the services you're interested in.

  2. Consultation: Schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your vision, preferences, and any specific requirements you may have. This can be done over the phone, or through video conferencing. During this consultation, we'll explore your desired bridal look, the number of individuals requiring services, and the timeline for the wedding day.

  3. Customized Package Proposal: Following the consultation, we will create a customized bridal package tailored to your needs. This package may include services such as bridal makeup, bridal party makeup, and more. We'll provide a detailed breakdown of the services, pricing, and any special considerations.

  4. Booking Agreement and Deposit: Once you're satisfied with the proposed package, we'll provide a booking agreement outlining the terms and conditions. To secure your date, a deposit of 25%, or 50%, and a signed contract is required. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your final payment. This ensures our commitment to exclusively serving you on your wedding day. The final payment is due 1 week prior to your wedding date. If a final payment is not paid prior to your wedding, we do have the right to cancel your event.

  5. Trial Session (Optional): Schedule a trial session for your bridal makeup. The trial is included in our Bridal Makeup Package. This allows you to visualize and fine-tune your desired look before the big day. Adjustments can be made based on your feedback to ensure you're completely satisfied.

  6. Confirmation and Final Details: As your wedding day approaches, we'll reconfirm all details, including the final service schedule, location, and any additional requests. This step ensures a smooth and efficient process on the day of your wedding.

  7. The Big Day: On your wedding day, our expert makeup artist will arrive at the specified location to provide the agreed-upon services. Relax and enjoy the pampering experience as we work to bring your dream bridal look to life.

Are there other charges? Travel fee?

Yes, there is a travel fee of $0.75 per mile after 20 miles round trip out of Wyoming, MN. If there are any parking fees at the desired venue, it will be charged to the client. 

Please note that if the scheduled client for makeup is not in my chair by their designated start time, an additional fee will apply if the delay is not due to my fault. Timeliness is crucial to ensure that everyone receives the full experience and that we stay on schedule for the day. Thank you for your understanding!
